DianaDesignLab provides digital education, resources, templates, courses, workshops, communities, and related products for creators and online business owners. Product details, inclusions, pricing, and access terms are shown on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

Access is normally delivered digitally through email, checkout confirmation, a course platform, a community platform, or another third-party service. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details at checkout.

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by third-party checkout and payment providers, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We do not intentionally store full card details on this website.

You must ensure that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed without a valid basis, we may suspend or remove access to the relevant product or service.

Because DianaDesignLab products are digital and access is provided immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are final once the digital content, download, course, community, template, bot, training, or other digital access has been supplied.

By purchasing, you agree to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once access or delivery begins, as permitted under UK consumer law. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.

If a product requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Access is for the purchaser only unless the product page clearly says otherwise. You must not share, resell, publish, or transfer your login or product access.

We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, including unauthorised sharing, redistribution, abusive behaviour, chargeback abuse, or misuse of community spaces.

Where a product says it includes lifetime access, this means access for the lifetime of that product while DianaDesignLab continues to make it available. It does not guarantee that a third-party platform, feature, bonus, or external tool will remain available forever.

We may update, improve, replace, or retire parts of a product over time. If a paid product is retired, we will aim to give reasonable notice where practical.

All website content, courses, videos, text, graphics, downloads, templates, frameworks, product names, branding, and other materials provided by DianaDesignLab are owned by DianaDesignLab LTD or used with permission.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own learning and business use, unless the product page gives you broader rights. You must not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload, teach from, or create a competing product from our materials.

Unless a product page says otherwise, designs or digital assets you personally create using the training may be used in your own business, but DianaDesignLab materials themselves may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed.

We may share examples, case studies, testimonials, income figures, or business results for educational and marketing purposes. These are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same results.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, niche, skill level, market conditions, pricing, product quality, and the platforms you choose to use. You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

If you join a DianaDesignLab community or group, you agree to be respectful, constructive, and lawful. We may remove content or members who spam, harass others, share confidential materials, breach intellectual property rights, or disrupt the community.

Our website and products may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as checkout providers, payment processors, email platforms, video hosts, course platforms, communities, social media sites, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, outages, fees, or platform decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DianaDesignLab LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or losses caused by your reliance on educational content or third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is beneficial to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
