Refund Policy

DianaDesignLab products are digital products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds Once Digital Access Begins
All sales are final once digital content has been supplied. This includes courses, workshops, templates, downloads, files, bots, community access, training materials, bonus resources, and any other digital product or digital access sold by DianaDesignLab LTD.
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, do not use the product, decide it is not the right fit, no longer need it, or expected a different result.
Your Digital Content Cancellation Right
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases. However, for digital content, that right can be lost once you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your cancellation right will end when access begins.
By purchasing a DianaDesignLab digital product, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately or shortly after checkout. You also acknowledge that once access, delivery, download, login details, community access, or other digital supply begins, you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund, as permitted under applicable consumer law.
When We May Help
Although refunds are not offered for delivered digital products, we want you to receive what you paid for. Please contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same product;
- you cannot access a product you purchased and need support;
- you believe there has been a billing error;
- the wrong product was delivered to you.
Where there is a confirmed duplicate charge, billing error, or technical delivery issue that we cannot reasonably fix, we may offer a refund, replacement access, or another appropriate remedy.
No Guarantee of Results
DianaDesignLab products provide education, templates, strategies, examples, and resources. They do not guarantee income, sales, platform approval, business growth, or any specific result.
Refunds are not provided because you did not achieve a particular outcome, because your platform, marketplace, tool, or account changed, or because you chose not to complete or apply the material.
Subscriptions and Communities
If a product is sold as a subscription or recurring membership, cancellation stops future billing according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellation does not create a refund for previous billing periods unless the law requires it or we have made a specific written exception.
If a product is sold as a one-time payment with community access included, the no-refund digital product policy applies once access has begun.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly delivered digital product may result in suspended access while the dispute is reviewed.
